Special Orders items are usually made in small quantities and for short, limited periods of time. Therefore, please allow 10 to
15 business days to receive your Special Order item.
Backorders
We do our best to keep all of our items in stock for immediate delivery, however backorders do occur. Your backorder items will ship out as soon as they come into stock with no additional shipping charges. Please email or call
us as early as possible to ensure timely delivery. Please note that some specialized backorders may take up to
four weeks to be delivered. Please
e-mail or
call us if you do not wish to keep your items on backorder.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside the United States or Canada delivery by USPS
Registered Air Mail may be available for $20.00 US. Shipments by FedEX will be
charged at the current rates offered by FedEX. Please contact us for more
information.
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer, and in the
case of FedEX, may be due upon receipt of the package. We regret any difficulty
this may cause; however, we are unable to verify regulations and fees for all
the countries where we ship.
